Restaurant Supervisor - The London EDITION

The London EDITION is looking for its next Floor Supervisor - Berners Tavern!,

• Overseeing of a section in the restaurant: taking orders, making recommendations and processing payments
• Lead the Head Waiter/ress, Chef de Rang and Commis Waiters
• Have an in-depth knowledge of food, drink, and allergens
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs,
• Communicate clearly with management and the kitchen
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety
• Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience

  Has restaurant experience preferably in fine - dining
• Is a team player
• Takes pride in delivering sophisticated, personalised service
• Is a great communicator
• Has fun while doing their job
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
