Restaurant Supervisor (Casual)

Deliver excellent customer service at all times in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
Supervise and support the hospitality team to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently met
Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
Advise customers on food and beverage options
Prepare and serve food and drinks, including wine and bar beverages
Set up restaurant areas, including laying tables for service and events
Maintain stock levels, ensure correct stock rotation, and assist with stocktaking
Handle payments and operate tills in line with company procedures
Ensure all areas are clean, tidy and compliant with health and safety regulations
Complete and oversee accurate records such as temperature logs and wastage sheets
Ensure all company policies, procedures and licensing laws are followed
Act as a point of contact for guests, handling queries and resolving issues professionally
