- Supervise daily food and beverage operations
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Support management in achieving sales and service targets
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at the Billesley Manor Hotel and Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service., Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role - Strong leadership and communication skills
