The House of Bruar operates a contemporary self-service Restaurant with high footfall at the gateway to the Highlands near Blair Atholl. It is a stylish, modern and informal Restaurant that opens daytime only, serving only the best quality food and produce.
Assisting the Front of House Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day activities within the Department
Training and developing the team to achieve their personal best
Leading positively by example
Working with the team to ensure exemplary customer service is delivered
Maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation of our Restaurant
You will be:
A Customer Service Ambassador
Able to support a rapidly changing programme
Positive with an approachable manner
