Full Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading and assisting the Restaurant team in providing exceptional food and beverage service consistent with hotel standards

Supervises the laying-up of the tables/buffet, ensures that all equipment is available, clean and in perfect condition

To be responsible of the restaurant operation, staff and guests in absence of the management team

Be confident with the menu knowledge and its allergens, and with the wine list.

Controls stock, both monthly and daily and place requisition accordingly

Understands and assists with management of all group and private dining bookings in the restaurant and assists with all associated logistics

Be able and confident in handling payments and be able to perform cash up

Work alongside the In-Room Dining team and offer support when necessary to ensure

Hotel or Restaurant experience

Strong leadership and teamwork skills

A passion for guest experience

Organisational skills
