Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a confident and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the RiverCourt Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 8 staff, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Working closely with the kitchen team, you will help maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong retail or hospitality experience who is passionate about delivering excellent service and leading a team effectively.

The Role

Supervise and support a team of 8 staff to ensure efficient daily operations

Maintain order and control within the restaurant, ensuring a safe working environment

Deliver high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors

Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain food quality standards

Ensure compliance with ISS food safety policies and procedures

Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness across all areas of the restaurant

Ensure adherence to health & safety and employment policies

Support staff training, performance, and day-to-day guidance

Experience in retail and/or hospitality

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

Food Safety Level 2 certification

Allergen Awareness knowledge

Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
