Restaurant Receptionist - Darjeeling Express - London

You will be the first and the last point of contact for our guests, you should have warm greeting skills, the ability to manage the flow of or dining rooms, handling the answer of phone calls, supporting the floor team when needed, managing our table booking system and reservations inbox. As a host, -ess you will be expected to ensure a welcoming atmosphere while coordinating between guests, wait, bar and kitchen staff, delivering an excellent customer service and supporting the team where and when needed. Therefore, this is a position that requires team work, strong communication skills and warm attitude.

Previous fine dining receptionist experience and full knowledge of OpenTable or Seven Rooms softwares is required. Full-time availability to be taken into consideration based on skills, performance and reliability.
