Restaurant Receptionist - Bocconcino Mayfair - London

Bocconcino Mayfair is looking for a friendly, professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating an excellent first impression and delivering the high standards of hospitality that Bocconcino is known for.,

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Manage restaurant reservations, bookings and guest enquiries.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and online reservation requests.
• Escort guests to their tables and coordinate with the floor team.
• Manage the waiting list and ensure smooth guest flow during busy service periods.
• Communicate effectively with managers, waiters and other departments.
• Handle guest requests professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming, organised and presentable reception area.
• Ensure every guest receives an exceptional and memorable experience.
  
  Previous experience in a receptionist or hostess role, ideally within a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, confident and welcoming personality.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Fluent English and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy service periods.
  
  45 hours per week.
• 5 working days per week, covering 7 shifts.
• 2 days off per week.
