Your Role at Raising Cane's

As an Operations Manager (OM), you will support the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture across all areas of restaurant operations.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute restaurant operations functions
  • Act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
  • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability

General Duties:

  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • Manage shifts while meeting operational and safety standards
  • Utilize tools and logs to support shift execution and document results
  • Deploy Crewmembers effectively during shifts
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Utilize the reward and recognition program for Crewmembers
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Essential Functions

  • Accurately take orders, process payments efficiently, and communicate clearly
  • Work safely around hot cooking equipment and cleaning supplies
  • Maintain a clean, safe restaurant while following food safety procedures
  • Lead by example and uphold Raising Cane's standards
  • Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude and coach others to excel

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • GCSEs or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Completion of all required Raising Cane's training programs
  • Able to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong communication skills
  • Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, and implement solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems
