Your Role at Raising Cane's

As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Leader in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring we uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture during your shifts. The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, which requires physical stamina for walking, standing, lifting, and bending. You'll also engage with customers and work in various temperatures, handling food products and using industrial equipment.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during your shift.
• Act as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.

Team Leadership:

• Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards.
• Execute shift management while meeting operations and safety standards.
• Utilize tools and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Direct Crewmembers during shifts and provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs for Crewmembers.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions).
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong communication skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Problem-solver who can set goals and execute plans.
• Knowledge in staffing, scheduling, and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.
• Able to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane's training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• GCSEs or equivalent preferred.
