Your Role at Raising Cane's

As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Leader in the daily operations of the restaurant while upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during your shift.
• Act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards.
• Execute shift management while meeting operations and safety standards.
• Direct Crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs for Crewmembers.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Detail-oriented: Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven: Flexible and energetic with strong communication skills.
• Problem-solver: Able to recognize issues, set goals, and execute plans.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Available: Able to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experienced: 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have GCSEs or equivalent preferred.
