Restaurant Manager - Burger King - Bristol Horsefair

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll run your restaurant like you own it. You'll lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and create a place where people love to work - and customers love to come back to. You'll:

• Lead, coach and develop your management team and crew
• Own your P&L and drive sales and profitability
• Deliver brilliant standards, every shift, every day
• Control costs, hit targets and keep things moving fast
• Create an energetic, inclusive culture where people can be their best
You'll also be focused on developing stars - coaching your managers, growing talent and creating clear pathways for people who want more. When your team wins, you win. It's fast-paced, high-energy and hands-on - but you won't be doing it alone. You'll be supported every step of the way.

Restaurant management isn't easy - and you already know that. You've got experience running a busy operation, making smart commercial decisions, and stepping in when it really counts. You're confident, people-focused and not afraid to roll your sleeves up. You bring positivity, pace and a can-do attitude, and you genuinely enjoy helping others grow. If you know how to put the fun into functional, you'll fit right in. Ready to join us? If you're looking for a role with real responsibility, proper progression and rewards that actually mean something - it might be time to swap crews and join ours.
