Join our Huck's American Bar and Grill team as a Restaurant Manager, where you'll drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and tackle daily operational challenges to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. Your leadership will inspire and develop a motivated team while ensuring high standards and financial performance. What you'll be doing
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences
- Manage budgets, monitor performance and implement cost-control measures
- Support team development through training and performance management
- Foster a positive culture that promotes wellbeing, morale and collaboration
Proven leadership experience with strong influencing skills - Strong financial skills, including delivery and business planning
- Good computer literacy and analytical ability
- Experience in a large organisation with full management responsibility
- Experienced in training and developing teams to drive performance and growth
- Motivational, empathetic leadership with a focus on coaching and individuals to be accountable for their own performance
Whinfell Forest Circa £47,200 per annum plus average shared tips of £ 4.43ph ( £ 8,600 pa) plus 12% bonus scheme
