Direct daily operations of one or more of our five restaurants, ensuring seamless service that reflects our five-star standards.
Recruit, train, mentor and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Maintain rigorous quality, hygiene and safety standards in line with Forbes Travel Guide and industry regulations.
Manage inventory, purchasing and cost control to achieve financial targets while upholding the premium guest experience.
Collaborate with the spa, bar and accommodation teams to create integrated guest journeys and cross-selling opportunities.
Analyse guest feedback and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions and innovative ideas to enhance satisfaction.
Represent the restaurant at internal events, awards ceremonies and community initiatives, championing the brand's reputation.

Proven experience managing a high-end restaurant or multiple outlets within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams and listen to ideas.
Exceptional understanding of fine-dining service standards, menu development and wine programme management.
Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L responsibility and cost-control techniques.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, reflecting the hotel's dedication to excellence.
Flexibility, curiosity and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and innovation.
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or equivalent experience.
