Full Job Description
- Acting as the first port of call for all bookings and enquiries, whether on the phone, face to face, or by email.
- Ensure that all our guests receive the answer to any queries at the earlies opportunity or within any stated deadlines.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of service, menus, concept, and the premises, to handle guest queries and deliver an experience in line with these values
- To always provide a warm and prompt greeting to guests on arrival or on first contact.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

Foxhills Collection is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as Assistants at our prestigious establishment., Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
