Restaurant / Floor Manager

We're looking for a passionate, energetic and talented Restaurant / Floor Manager to join our opening team.

What You'll Do
As Restaurant / Floor Manager, you'll lead service on the floor, ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure. You'll motivate and develop your team while maintaining the highest operational and service standards.
You'll:
+ Lead and manage daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences every shift
+ Inspire, coach and develop the Front of House team to deliver genuine hospitality
+ Drive service standards and oversee smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
+ Lead pre-shift briefings and manage service periods effectively
+ Resolve guest feedback and challenges professionally and positively
+ Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
+ Ensure labour is managed effectively through rota planning and deployment
+ Monitor and maintain operational standards across all guest-facing areas
+ Work closely with the Bar and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and service
+ Support achievement of sales and financial targets
+ Ensure health & safety and food safety standards are maintained at all times
+ Create a positive and engaging team culture that reflects our values

+ Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Assistant General Manager or similar leadership role
+ Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
+ Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
+ Excellent communication and organisational abilities
+ Confident managing high-volume service operations
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
+ Commercial awareness and understanding of key performance indicators
+ Positive, proactive and hands-on leadership style
+ Flexible approach to evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
