Restaurant and Cafe Manager - London Zoo

We are looking for a candidate experienced in a quick service Restaurant environment and Cafe management to join the team at London Zoo., About the Cafe Manager role:

• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To make sure that the operation runs smoothly
• To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard
• To continuously work towards improving sales and service
• Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
