Join Our Restaurant Team at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bridgwater
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and service-focused Bar & Restaurant Servers to join our Marco Pierre White Steakhouse team, located within the Mercure Bridgwater Hotel. As part of a high-profile, branded restaurant, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests., Provide warm and professional service to all guests, ensuring they enjoy a high standard of hospitality
Take orders efficiently and accurately, offering menu advice and upselling where appropriate
Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation standards
Prepare and serve drinks from the bar, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to ensure smooth service
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented restaurant and bar environment
Deal with any guest queries or concerns professionally and promptly

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is desirable, but full training will be provided
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Well-presented, polite, and confident in dealing with guests
Ability to work as part of a team and stay calm under pressure
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
A passion for food, drink, and delivering great guest experiences
