We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house team across breakfast, afternoon tea, Harvey's Bar and The Dining Room, creating experiences that are warm, personal and unforgettable. This is not about stuffy service or rigid formality. Your role will be to ensure they leave having experienced something truly special., As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will lead the daily operation of our diverse dining experiences, including:
- Breakfast service
- Afternoon Tea
- Harvey's Bar
- The Dining Room
- Private dining and special occasions You'll be a visible leader, working alongside your team, engaging with guests and setting the tone for exceptional service throughout every shift. You'll inspire, coach and support your team to deliver service that is professional without being formal, attentive without being intrusive, and always memorable.
