Resourcing Partner

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll take ownership of recruitment activity across a designated geographical area, supporting the hiring of roles including Support Workers, Recovery Workers, Nurses and other health and social care professionals. You'll act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice, creative attraction solutions and a seamless candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.,

• Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple vacancies and business areas.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce requirements.
• Developing innovative attraction strategies and recruitment campaigns to reach diverse talent pools.
• Coaching and supporting hiring managers on recruitment best practice, interview techniques and ATS usage.
• Ensuring recruitment processes comply with organisational policies, employment legislation and best practice.
• Delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  
  We're seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Resourcing Partner who can confidently manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional service.
You'll ideally have:
• Previous experience in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing role.
• Experience recruiting within Health & Social Care, Healthcare or other high-volume operational environments.
• Proven ability to manage large recruitment workloads and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching and advisory capabilities.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong organisational, analytical and data management skills.
• Resilience, adaptability and a solution-focused approach in a fast-moving environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences.
