ForWe are looking for an organised, proactive and relationship-focused recruitment professional who is passionate about finding the right people for the right rolesYou will have: Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or working within a recruitment environment. Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Experience using job-boards and recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers, delivering an excellent recruitment experience throughout the process. A commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey Experience recruiting within the care, health, education or social
