Resourcing Advisor

As a Resourcing Advisor, you'll support the delivery of the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial attraction through to appointment. You'll:

• Manage recruitment campaigns using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner with managers, candidates and stakeholders to provide expert recruitment advice and guidance.
• Create engaging and compliant job adverts that attract great talent.
• Support recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the recruitment policy and processes
• Attend careers fairs and attraction events, promoting Lincolnshire County Council as a good employer.
• Help deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
• Use recruitment data, feedback and insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
  We're looking for someone who knows recruitment and understands what great candidate experience looks like. Experience in agency recruitment, in-house resourcing, customer service, talent acquisition, account management or business development background would be advantageous.
You'll be someone who:
• Has experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Understands employment legislation relating to recruitment
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Is resilient, adaptable and can manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
• Is highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
• Builds positive relationships quickly and communicates confidently with a wide range of people.
• Has strong IT skills and experience of working with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
