We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Liverpool to assist with the appointment of a Resource Manager, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., The Resource Manager will act as the Registered Manager for Millvina House Dementia Nursing Home, providing strategic and operational leadership to deliver high-quality, person-centred residential and nursing care.,

  • Act as the Registered Manager for an integrated Health and Social Care EMI Dementia Nursing Home.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred residential and nursing care.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary staff teams, promoting a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring services meet regulatory, legislative, and organisational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with health and social care partners to deliver integrated services and support discharge-to-assess pathways.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with GPs, allied health professionals, social workers, families, and other stakeholders.

    Relevant Health and Social Care management qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent) or willingness to achieve if required., Significant experience managing residential, nursing, or dementia care services.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations, National Minimum Care Standards, safeguarding, and adult social care legislation.
  • Experience working within integrated health and social care environments.
  • Proven ability to manage service performance, quality improvement, budgets, and operational delivery.
