the Candidate: Strong consulting mindset with experience delivering in client-facing roles Recognised expertise in enterprise, operational, or infrastructure resilience Proven experience assessing and improving resilience controls across infrastructure environments Hands-on experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, testing, and execution Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including resilience design considerations, and enterprise backup and recovery toolsets Understanding of enterprise architecture and/or business process design within infrastructure or hosting domains Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems, work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, and translate technical detail into business-focused insights, supported by strong communication and storytelling skills Experience within Financial Services, including Operational Resilience programmes, Important Business Services (IBS), Impact
