Carry out property inspections and record site notes to enable production of survey reports
Maintain a sound knowledge of local conditions that may affect property
Understand and apply industry requirements (RICS) to formulate survey reports, including e.surv policy and practice.
Take responsibility to maintain and develop own Continuous Professional Development.
Develop effective relationships with all departments to optimise efficient systems.
Build relationships with external agencies (estate agents, surveyors).

We're looking for driven and experienced people who are AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accredited focusing on conducting Level 2 surveys on either a full time or part time basis.
