Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare (desirable); GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C or above (desirable) Experience Required: Experience within children's residential care desirable, Our client is seeking a committed and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join their established team. You will be passionate about supporting children and young people through a trauma-informed approach, with the flexibility to work a varied shift pattern including evenings and weekends. A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive is essential, along with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
