Qualifications Required: Enrolled on the Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare is desirable
Experience in Years Required: Experience in a children's residential setting
Employment Type: Permanent, Passionate about supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs
Able to work a mix of shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
A team player who can bring energy, empathy, and resilience
Holds a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
NVQ Level 3 or above in Residential Childcare

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
