Summary
At Cherry Trees Care we aim to provide specialised quality care for children and young people, aged 9 - 18yrs, with the following needs: Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Aspergers Syndrome, and or Complex Specialist Needs.
We are also focused on planning for the future and much of the work we do is ensuring young people are ready for adulthood and are given the skills and ability to self-manage their future.
You will be an integral part of the team who put our young people at the heart of everything we do. You will provide a stimulating environment, conducive to the educational, personal, and social development of the young people. You will become a keyworker for a young person offering appropriate levels of support, guidance, and care.
