We have an exciting role on offer within our Holly Lodge Children's home as a Residential Support Worker.

What we're looking for:

• NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards.


• Experience working with children and young people.


• Understanding of child development and the impact of trauma.


• Ability to respond with Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy (PACE).


• A restorative, relationship-based approach to supporting children.


• Enthusiasm and motivation to make a positive difference.


• Experience supervising staff is desirable.

You'll work as part of a team providing 24/7 care in a safe, nurturing environment. This includes evenings, weekends, sleep-in shifts, and bank holidays. You'll use curiosity and empathy to understand behaviour, build trust, and help young people feel safe and valued. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
