Full Job Description
Enhancements apply between 8:00pm - 6:00am and weekends. Sleep-in payments are additional to the basic salary.,
- Provide consistent, compassionate care in a secure environment.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people at all times.
- Build positive, trusting relationships that promote growth and resilience.
- Support young people with daily routines,learningand independent living skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, education staff, healthteamsand external professionals to support the creation of personalised care plans.
- Maintain clear,accuraterecords and uphold safeguarding standards.

- Committedto safeguarding andpromoting thewelfareof young people.
- Able to remain calm,professionaland nurturing in challenging situations.
- Resilient, reliable and team focused.
- Passionate aboutsupporting young peopleand helping to build brighter futures.
- Experience in residential care, youth work or education is desirable, butfull training is provided,and ongoing development opportunities will be available.
- Willing and able to undertake training up to Level 3/4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
