Residential Support Worker

Enhancements apply between 8:00pm - 6:00am and weekends. Sleep-in payments are additional to the basic salary.,

Eligibility Criteria
• Applicants must be 22 years or older (Ofsted guidance).
• This roledoes not meet UK Visa Sponsorship criteria.

• Committedto safeguarding andpromoting thewelfareof young people.
• Able to remain calm,professionaland nurturing in challenging situations.
• Resilient, reliable and team focused.
• Passionate aboutsupporting young peopleand helping to build brighter futures.
• Experience in residential care, youth work or education is desirable, butfull training is provided,and ongoing development opportunities will be available.
• Willing and able to undertake training up to Level 3/4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
