Full Job Description

Enhancements apply between 8:00pm - 6:00am and weekends. Sleep-in payments are additional to the basic salary.,

  • Provide consistent, compassionate care in a secure environment.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people at all times.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships that promote growth and resilience.
  • Support young people with daily routines,learningand independent living skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, education staff, healthteamsand external professionals to support the creation of personalised care plans.
  • Maintain clear,accuraterecords and uphold safeguarding standards.

  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicants must be 22 years or older (Ofsted guidance).

  • Passionate aboutsupporting young peopleand helping to build brighter futures.
  • Experience in residential care, youth work or education is desirable, butfull training is provided,and ongoing development opportunities will be available.
  • Willing and able to undertake training up to Level 3/4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
