Join Our Team - Residential Support Worker

• Location: Somerset, England
• Full-Time | Permanent | 2 Days On, 4 Days Off (48-Hour Shifts with Sleep-ins)
• £32,425 to £34,501 per year (Based on an average of 162 hours per month and inclusive of 10 sleep-ins)

What You'll Do

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll:

• Support young people to feel safe, cared for, and inspired
• Help build independence, confidence, and life skills
• Encourage access to education, activities, and hobbies
• Be a role model and positive influence
• Create lasting memories through fun, play, and family-style experiences.

Please note:

• This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check (child & adult workforce, barred list).
• This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
• We do not offer sponsorship for this role.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Caring, resilient, and motivated team players
• Experience in Residential Childcare (preferred but not essential)
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Residential Childcare or willingness to work toward it
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
• Aged 21+ (legal requirement for residential care roles)

All training provided - including a full induction and ongoing development.
