Do you want to work in a supportive, friendly team making a difference to the lives of adults with mental health needs? The Union Housing Scheme supports adults with severe and enduring mental health needs, providing a stable, supportive environment where people can grow in confidence, develop independence and feel part of their community. You will:
- Work with people to assess needs and plan with them to achieve positive outcomes
- Encourage independence and daily living skills
- Monitor wellbeing and risks, escalating concerns appropriately
- Support as needed with budgeting, medication and routine household tasks
- Keep accurate records and work effectively as part of a small team
