The Role

• Manage a full residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion, handling transactions that include:




• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases for families and investors across East Sussex


• Remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions with genuine client relationships


• First registrations and related Land Registry work with precision and care




• Advise clients at every stage, making complex matters simple and keeping them informed.


• Work directly with clients, estate agents, and brokers, building relationships that generate repeat business.


• Provide guidance to junior colleagues and support staff as a senior voice in the Uckfield office.


• Perform residential conveyancing with trust and attention to detail, not just processing transactions quickly.
