Job Title: Residential Homes Manager
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Salary: £70,000 - OTE £99,000
Location: Essex
UP TO £10,000 relocation funding
About the Role
WhiteTrees Group is looking for an ambitious and inspiring Registered Homes Manager to lead one of our children's residential homes.
This is your opportunity to take the lead, develop a fantastic team and make a real difference to the lives of young people - with a strong support network behind you.
Package and Benefits
- Salary up to £70,000, plus annual bonus opportunity of up to £29,000
- Maximum earning potential of £99,000
- Relocation support of up to £10,000
