Full Job Description
Joining the Residential Contracts and Facilities team, this appointment is responsible for ensuring accommodation is ready for occupation by summer conference guests and maintained and serviced to appropriate standards throughout conference season. This role will co-ordinate regular monitoring and inspections of university residential properties and contracted services, ensuring relevant teams complete their daily responsibilities effectively, meeting agreed standards to support a safe, welcoming environment.
With experience working within a hospitality or residential environment and an understanding of the relevant health and safety requirements, you will be confident in communicating with conference guests and staff. IT literacy in MS Excel, Word and Outlook are essential, and experience of facilities or hotel reservation software is advantageous although training is provided.
