Full Job Description

Joining the Residential Contracts and Facilities team, this appointment is one of two roles responsible for ensuring accommodation is ready for occupation and maintained to appropriate standards. This role will co-ordinate regular monitoring and inspections of university residential properties and contracted services, ensuring relevant teams complete their daily responsibilities effectively, and meeting agreed standards to support a safe, welcoming residential environment for students and conference guests.

With experience working within a hospitality or residential environment and an understanding of the relevant health and safety requirements, you will be confident in communicating with students, staff and visitors. IT literacy in MS Excel, Word and Outlook are essential, and experience of facilities or enquiry management software is advantageous although training is provided.
