Residential Conveyancing

You will be joining a team of 5 in the firms Residential Property department which is split across 4 offices with this role offering flexibility for the successful property lawyer to work from either Petts Wood or Bexleyheath. Admin support is on hand although prospective candidates should be IT literate.

The successful individual will have a min of 2yrs PQE dealing with the sales/purchases of freehold & leasehold properties, auction sales, the sale/purchase of land for development, new build properties, retirement flats and residential lease extensions - acting for a range of clients including FTBs, couples, BTL investors, elderly persons, and some high-net worth individuals.
