Introduction

Within Reach Services is looking for a new family practitioner Apprentice. You will be studying towards your Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Level 4) Apprenticeship.

As a Support Worker, you'll help our residents (aged 8–23) lead fulfilling lives. Our fantastic team is ready to welcome you! This is a fantastic opportunity for a resilient and passionate individual to join our amazing teams.

The role will be to support young people with complex needs who have so much to offer and just need the guidance of nurturing adults that can show them the world isn't such a scary place.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • To act as a positive role model and team member
  • To facilitate effective communication within the staff team
  • To participate in planning and delivering quality care and support for service users
  • Support day-to-day delivery of care and support to people using services
  • Other support worker duties

 



Training Outcome

There is a possibility of being offered a full-time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

  • Essential - Other - Drivers Licence - Pass

Working Arrangements

Working Week: 5 Days per week - (Working 2 weekends out of 4 on a rota basis, includes early mornings, long days, waking nights and sleep-ins). Main service hours are: 7am-3pm 3pm-10pm 10pm-7am. Some of our other services hours are: 8am-8 pm, 8pm-8am.

Expected Duration: 2 Years
