We're searching for passionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Practitioners who are ready to make a real difference in young people's lives. If you're resilient, caring, and committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!, Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Residential Childcare, Social/Children's Care, or Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
Experience in SEBD, challenging behaviour, or complex needs (not elderly care).
Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential)., Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
