Residential Caretaker

Our customers are at the heart of all we do and to ensure we continue to provide a first class service to our residents in our Riverian scheme block (SW11 3UN), we're looking for a Residential Caretaker to keep the communal areas clean and safe, all while being the friendly face of Abri. On top of cleaning communal areas, you'll also carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks as well as inspecting the premises and reporting any concerns that might impact our customers' wellbeing. Experience in caretaking or property maintenance will be essential as will a knowledge of basic building repairs and cleaning procedures to make sure our residents continue to receive a fantastic service. Depending on business needs, there may also be the occasional requirement to work an evening or over a weekend This is a residential role and, if appointed, you will therefore be provided a flat on the Riverian scheme premises which you'll be required to live in whilst you're in the role. Rent and service charges will be deducted from your pay each month.
