Full Job Description

As part of a committed team, you will provide support to children with learning disabilities, ensuring they feel safe and valued. Your role involves building positive relationships, supporting daily routines, and helping children learn life skills. You will work as part of a team to ensure the welfare of children and handle challenging behavior with empathy using a therapeutic approach. The position offers a salary starting at £14.50 per hour with the opportunity for higher pay if you hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare. Additional benefits include career development, funded qualifications, and a refer-a-friend bonus.
