Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Residential Care Worker to join our service as we continue to grow our internal residential provision in Warrington. We are looking for an experienced, child focused individual who has a good understanding of the Ofsted Regulations to work as a team in the day to day running of on one of our children's homes is Warrington and ensure the services we provide to our children is outstanding.

You will work 37 hours a week Monday to Sunday on rota basis with the expectation of completing sleep in duties supporting the children and young people in within the service.

You will also benefit from 20% enhancements Monday to Friday 7pm to 11pm and 30% enhancements from 7pm to 11pm on Saturday and Sunday. We offer a substantial training package and are committed to supporting development and progress. We are in easily commutable distance of Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside. We have a car leasing scheme (salary sacrifice) and rail ticket scheme available for our employees. When established within the role we will support you to work towards a Level 3 quialificatin in Children's residential services
