Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people, including those with challenging behaviours.
Act as a keyworker, supporting individual care plans and maintaining accurate records.
Lead shifts when required, ensuring smooth running of the home and maintaining a safe environment.
Attend monthly supervision, staff meetings, and external meetings as required.
Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare and safety of all children.
Support the development and wellbeing of children through positive relationships and structured activities.
Contribute to team discussions, sharing insights and ideas to improve care quality.

Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People or equivalent qualification.
Experience working with children and young people, particularly supporting challenging behaviour.
Competence to lead shifts and provide guidance to other staff when needed.
Good understanding of safeguarding policies, procedures, and best practice.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to supporting the development and wellbeing of children.
