The Residential Care Manager position at Avery Healthcare offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team within the Elstree View Care Home in Borehamwood. This full-time, permanent role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of residents. As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Supervisors to ensure high-quality personal care is delivered to residents. Your key responsibilities include coordinating resident assessments, supporting team development, ensuring compliance with medication management, and undertaking quality care spot checks. You will act as an advocate for residents, ensuring their wellbeing is prioritized. The ideal candidate will have at least NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent experience, a minimum of two years' experience in long-term care, and a comprehensive understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards.
