Residential Asset Manager

We're looking for a commercially minded Residential Asset Manager to join our growing Property Team and support the performance and development of our residential portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional to gain broad experience across the asset management lifecycle, helping to maximise rental income, improve asset performance and identify opportunities to enhance long-term value.

Working closely with the Senior Asset Manager, you'll monitor portfolio performance against budgets and business plans, analyse key measures such as rental income, occupancy, voids and operating costs, and support rent reviews and leasing strategies. You'll also contribute to refurbishment and improvement programmes, prepare investment appraisals and financial forecasts, and support acquisitions, disposals and refinancing activity.

You'll work collaboratively with managing agents, contractors, surveyors and other professional advisers while keeping up to date with residential market trends and changes in legislation and compliance requirements. Through accurate reporting and analysis, you'll help identify risks, improve operational performance and inform investment decisions across the portfolio.

We're looking for someone with around two to five years' experience in residential property, asset management, investment or a related field, with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and confidence using Excel and financial models. You'll be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders. A relevant property degree or professional qualification, such as RICS, would be advantageous but isn't essential.
