Full Job Description
- Lead the day-to-day running of a therapy-led residential addictions service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care and positive outcomes for residents.
- Provide inspirational leadership to a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive, supportive and high-performing culture that promotes engagement, accountability and professional development.
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of the service, ensuring it is efficient, sustainable and achieves occupancy, quality and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, clinical governance standards and Priory policies, maintaining excellence in quality, safety and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, commissioners and external stakeholders, supporting service development, growth and the reputation of the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement by championing recovery-focused, evidence-based practice, using feedback and outcomes to enhance the resident experience and deliver long-term success for the service.
