Lovell Partnerships Ltd is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team in Nottingham. This role plays a crucial part in the delivery of social housing refurbishment projects by ensuring effective communication between residents and the project team.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and customer service skills, with experience in planned maintenance programmes. You will manage the resident journey while handling queries and providing aftercare support.
