Resident Liaison Officer

MMP Consultancy are recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer on behalf of a leading maintenance and refurbishment contractor in Leeds. This role will support planned refurbishment works, acting as the key link between residents, site teams and clients., + Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works programmes. + Organise and attend resident meetings, consultations and pre-start visits. + Keep residents informed of project progress and access requirements. + Support vulnerable residents and identify additional support needs. + Manage and resolve complaints and resident enquiries. + Work closely with site teams to minimise disruption. + Maintain accurate records of resident communication and feedback.,

  + Previous RLO, TLO or resident engagement experience.
+ Background in social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment. + Experience supporting planned works programmes. + Strong communication and complaint-handling skills. + Empathetic approach when dealing with vulnerable residents. + Full UK Driving Licence.,
