professional presence at reception and handling resident enquiriesWelcoming new students, encouraging current students to re-book and hosting viewings for prospective residents and their familiesManaging parcel deliveries, car parking requests and general site administrative tasksLogging and following up with maintenance requests, ensuring on-site contractors are coordinated in line with requirementsHelping plan and deliver resident events and engagement activitiesCompleting standards walks, inspections and building safety and compliance checksReaching out proactively to residents in rent arrears and providing the relevant supportGoing the extra mile to create a warm, inclusive, and memorable resident experience What makes a great iQer?We're looking for a positive team player who thrives in a "get-stuff-done" environment. Working hoursOur residents come first, so we work around their needs.
