culture of clinical excellence, patient safety and continuous improvement.Provide support to the Level 2 Neonatal Unit when required, including neonatal resuscitation.What You Will BringFull GMC registration with a licence to practise in the UK.Completion of Foundation Training, with ideally a minimum of four additional years' experience in Paediatrics or recognised Specialist Training.Demonstrable experience managing a broad range of paediatric and neonatal presentations, including acutely unwell and post-operative paediatric patients.Confidence and competence in leading paediatric resuscitation scenarios and supporting neonatal resuscitation when required.MRCPCH (or equivalent postgraduate qualification) is desirable.Excellent communication, clinical decision-making and multidisciplinary team-working skills.A commitment to delivering outstanding patient and family-centred care within a high-performing clinical environment.A proactive and collaborative approach, with a

Part time: 24 Hrs Per WeekShifts: Day shifts begin at 07:45am and end at 20:15pm / or Night shifts begin at 19:45pm and end at 08:15am.
